Return and Exchange Policy

At ADVENTURETRUNK SOLUTIONS LLC, we want you to travel with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is included
  • The return request is approved by our customer service team

📦 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
  • Used, scratched, or damaged luggage
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We suggest returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.


🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Send clear photos and your order number to Service@adventuretrunksolutions.org, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.


📬 Return Address

After approval, we will provide the designated return address in your return instructions.
Do not send returns without prior authorization.
